The EPCR Champions Cup pools were drawn on Tuesday, with the DHL Stormers set to face Springbok captain Siya Kolisi’s Racing 92, while the Vodacom Bulls will take on Premiership champions Northampton Saints.

The DHL Stormers have been drawn in Pool 4, with Vodacom URC champions Glasgow Warriors, French Top 14 giants Racing 92 and Toulon and Premiership clubs Harlequins and Sale Sharks.

In the 2024-25 Champions Cup, each club will play four matches against four different clubs, who are note from the same league, either home or away.

There will be no matches between clubs from the same league.

This means that the Stormers will face Racing, Toulon, Harlequins and Sale Sharks, with the exact fixtures to be announced.

Meanwhile, the Vodacom Bulls have been drawn in Pool 3 with Northampton Saints, Munster, Stade Francais Paris, Saracens and Castres Olympique.

Jake White’s charges, who progressed to the quarter-finals last season, will have a re-match with Northampton, while also taking on Stade Francais, Saracens and Castres.

The Sharks, who qualified for the Champions Cup by winning the Challenge Cup, have been drawn in Pool 1 with defending European champions Toulouse, Top 14 finalists Bordeaux, Premiership clubs Exeter Chiefs and Leicester Tigers and Irish club Ulster.

In the second-tier Challenge Cup, the Lions have been drawn with Montpellier, Pau, Newcastle Falcons, Dragons and Ospreys.

The Cheetahs, who earned an invitation back to the Challenge Cup, are in Pool 1 with Cardiff, Connacht, Perpignan, Lyon and Zebre Parma.
