At the start of the Springboks’ first Test week of 2026, there has been an unfortunate injury blow as youngster Riley Norton (utility forward) has been released from the camp after picking up a hamstring injury.

He is likely to be sidelined for the next two months, meaning he probably miss the All Blacks tour as well.
