Gloucester have been bolstered by the return of Wales international scrum-half Tomos Williams for their Premiership clash with Harlequins at Kingsholm on Friday.
The Cherry and Whites are looking to make it three victories on the spin in the league in front of a sold-out crowd and will be delighted to have Williams involved.
Williams joins Wales team-mate Gareth Anscombe in the half-backs while Seb Atkinson and Max Llewellyn form a solid centre partnership for George Skivington.
Santi Carreras at 15
Argentina international Santi Carreras will look to pick up where he left off in the Premiership after being named Player of the Match in the win over Northampton.
Meanwhile, Christian Wade will be hoping to add to his 85 Premiership tries from the wing, with youngster Josh Hathaway on the opposite side for Friday’s game.
Up front, Val Rapava-Ruskin and Afo Fasogbon flank hooker Seb Blake in Gloucester‘s front-row as Freddie Thomas and Matias Alemanno pack down behind them.
With Zach Mercer ruled out, Ruan Ackermann moves to number eight, with Jack Clement on the blindside and club captain, Lewis Ludlow, as the openside flanker.
Jack Singleton, Ciaran Knight, Kirill Gotovtsev, Cam Jordan and Albert Tuisue are forward cover, with Caolan Englefield, Chris Harris and George Barton the backs.
For Harlequins, reliable openside flanker Will Evans will make his 100th appearance in the Quarters as the Premiership returns after a two-week European hiatus.
Danny Wilson has made four changes from the starting side who crushed a travelling Stormers outfit at The Stoop last weekend – Dino Lamb, Will Evans, Will Porter and Lennox Anyanwu all returning.
The front-row remains unchanged as the recently re-signed Fin Baxter, Jack Walker and Simon Kerrod pack down. They will be supported by George Hammond and a second Harlequin to recently become a club centurion, Lamb, as the Italian international returns from mandatory rest.
Meanwhile, Chandler Cunningham-South continues to operate at blindside with skipper Alex Dombrandt at number eight – fresh from signing a new contract with the club.
Porter comes back into the starting XV at scrum half to partner Marcus Smith at fly-half. Anyanwu slots back into the side at inside centre with Oscar Beard in the number 13 jersey.
The back three of Cadan Murley, Rodrigo Isgro and Tyrone Green remains unchanged.
Sam Riley, Wyn Jones and Dillon Lewis are once again Wilson’s front-row impact options, alongside lock Irne Herbst and loose forward James Chisholm. Danny Care, Jarrod Evans and Nick David complete Quins’ matchday 23.
