Siya Kolisi will pack down at the back of the scrum for the Sharks as John Plumtree tweaks his lineup to face Munster in Durban on Saturday.

Kolisi shifts to No 8 from openside flank, with Phepsi Buthelezi playing off the bench this week and James Venter coming into the starting XV at 6, joined by Vincent Tshituka. Emmanuel Tshituka drops out of the match-day 23.

In the backline, Grant Williams comes in for fellow Springbok world champion Jaden Hendrikse at scrumhalf, the pair swapping jerseys for the final change to the run-on XV.

PLUS: It’s all part of Rassie’s plan – Fassi

The Sharks beat the defending Vodacom URC champions, Glasgow Warriors at Kings Park in round 5 and this week it’s the turn of Munster to visit the Shark Tank off the back of a heavy loss to the DHL Stormers in Cape Town.

For Sharks fullback Aphelele Fassi, it’s all about stopping the Irish giants while implementing their game plan in the last round of this block of URC matches before the international break.

“We know that Munster is a quality side with a lot of internationals who want to play a quick controlled game,” he said.

“We’ve done our review and have plans on how we want to stop them as well as implement our game and create opportunities for ourselves as well.”
