Which of these star players was the unluckiest to miss out on a call-up after Rassie Erasmus named a 34-man Springbok squad with no new caps for the November tour?
Erasmus picked 34 men for the November tour to face Scotland in Edinburgh (Sunday, 10 November), England in London (Saturday, 16 November) and Wales in Cardiff (Saturday, 23 November).

The main feature of the squad sees the return of four World Cup winners from injury. Damian Willemse (utility back), Andre Esterhuizen (centre), RG Snyman and Franco Mostert (both locks), will make a welcome return after missing the recent Rugby Championship
While Erasmus has used 49 players this year, there are no new players in the squad, with Bulls stars Cameron Hanekom and Wilco Louw top of a list that is unfortunate to have missed out on a call up.
Both players have been in superb form since the start of last season for a Bulls side that reached the Vodacom URC final earlier this year.
There is no place for Lions tighthead Asenathi Ntlabakanye and utility back Sanele Nohamba, who have helped the Johannesburg side make an unbeaten start to the current URC season.
Stormers flank Ben-Jason Dixon has also missed out after making his Bok debut in the opening Test of the year against Wales at Twickenham and playing in the Rugby Championship.
