Sanele Nohamba will start at flyhalf in the major change to the Lions’ starting lineup for the Currie Cup final against the Sharks XV in Johannesburg on Saturday.
Lions coach Mziwakhe Nkosi has largely stuck with the same matchday squad that knocked out defending champions the Cheetahs in the semi-finals last weekend.
There is just one change to the starting lineup, with Nohamba rotating into the starting lineup at flyhalf, forming the halfback combination with Nico Steyn.
Kade Wolhuter, who donned the No 10 jersey against the Cheetahs, is one of two backs in a six-two split on the bench, along with Kelly Mpeku.
