The Ospreys have announced that winger Dan Kasende would be joining the team on a permanent deal from the Cheetahs in October, as part of a triple-signing of Bloemfontein-based backs.
Kasende will join the Ospreys in a permanent move after spending a short period on loan in Swansea last November, during which he made two appearances in the Vodacom URC.
“I’m excited to be re-joining the Ospreys. Even from the brief time I spent at the club, it was easy to see that there’s a great setup there, with quality coaches and players,” Kasende said.
“I really enjoyed my time at the club last season and l’m looking forward to joining up with the boys again and pushing on this season.”
“The postman has to deliver! I can’t wait to be back.
I’m going to try my best on and off the field to make sure that I put the jersey in a better place.”We can’t wait to see Dan Kasende back in action in the 24/25 season

According to a report by WalesOnline, the Ospreys are also set to bolster their backline by signing playmaker Reinhardt Fortuin and centre Evardi Boshoff on loan from the Cheetahs.
This is part of the player-sharing partnership between the two clubs, which saw the likes of Kasende, captain Victor Sekekete and Boshoff loaned to Ospreys last season.
