Springboks head coach, Rassie Erasmus success is matched by his income.
Rightfully so, Rassie lead South Africa to the 2019 Rugby World Cup, two Rugby Championships and he was Director of Rugby when they successfully defended their trophy to win the 2023 Rugby World Cup and when the Springboks won the 2021 British & Irish Lions series.

According to RugbyAddict, Rassie Erasmus reportedly takes home roughly R1.5 million a month.
The publication, amongst others, report that he makes £650 000 a month (R1.49m a month). Meaning, he is the second highest-paid coach in World Rugby, according to Ruck.
The first is Steve Borthwick who takes home £700 000. This equates to roughly R1.6 million per month.
Meaning Rassie is the highest-paid coach in the Southern hemisphere.

Meanwhile, following his return to the coaching box, Rassie has a massive season with the Springboks and SA Rugby.
Under his tenure, the Springboks won the Nelson Mandela Plate, Freedom Cup and Rugby Championship. Thereafter, SA finished unbeaten during the tour of the UK. Defeating the likes of Scotland, England and Wales en route to maintaining their number one spot in the Rugby World Rankings.
Furthermore, Rassie continues to innovate the strategies and dynamics of rugby as a whole.
Over 50 players represented the Springboks in 2024 with unpredictable squad selection backed up by the rise of talented stars such as Sacha-Feinberg Mngomezulu and Ruan Nortje standing out.
