SPRINGBOKS SCRUM HALF SIGNS FOR STORMERS

Reinach has just been announced as the newest Stormers rugby player.

“This two-time Rugby World Cup winning Springboks star has just returned to South Africa in a huge deal,” Stormers CEO Johan Le Roux confirmed.

Meaning, he will join up with the likes of Manie Libbok, Damien Willemse and Sacha-Feinberg Mngomezulu following his return to SA.

Meanwhile, we are awaiting an update on Bok veteran, Steven Kitshoff.

Reinach represented the Sharks between 2011 – 2017 before plying his trade in Europe. Initially, he played for English Premiership side Northampton Saints between 2017-2020.

Thereafter, he joined French-based outfit, Montpellier. Now, the Springboks speedster is set to return to SA to represent the Stormers.

BIG MOVES PENDING FOR RUGBY WORLD CUP WINNERS

Handre Pollard’s Leicester contract is coming to end soon. Therefore, he could join another club with several big clubs interested.

“I can tell you the truth, I do not know yet what I’m doing or where I’m going. I’m just happy being at Leicester and I will enjoy every minute I have here,” Pollard told BBC Radio Leicester last month.

Furthermore, Pollard has been linked with a mega-money move to Japan.

“Pollard would not return to his former Japanese team but is being lined up by Suntory Sungoliath. The report states that big-spenders Suntory ‘are one of the leading suitors’ to secure the 30-year-old’s services,” the report read on PlanetRugby.

Ultimately, given his calibre and fortitude, he will be an asset to any club.

Stay tuned to The South African as we reveal every Bok players next move and next deal as it happens.
